Parish Administrator 

Full-time, exempt | M – F, hybrid | $85,000 - $91,000 + benefits

We are seeking a full-time, hybrid Parish Administrator to manage financial, personnel, property, risk management, and administrative functions, including records management. As a senior staff member and trusted advisor to pastors and the church council, this role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and operational expertise. The Parish Administrator supervises office and custodial staff, coordinates with contractors, collaborates with volunteers, and ensures that church operations align with HSLC’s mission of compassion, challenge, and inclusivity. This role does not require, nor is there an expectation, that the Parish Administrator be a member of the congregation.

Part-Time Preschool Teacher

Have experience working in an early childhood education setting? Love putting your creative, compassionate, collaborative gifts to use? Holy Spirit Lutheran Preschool, a play-based, faith filled early learning school, is in search of a teacher for the upcoming school year. This position is 2 days a week and up to 10 hours a week, beginning August 2025. Wage scale: minimum wage to $19.00/hour. Benefits: paid sick time and continuing education. Teacher responsibilities include working with the lead teacher to meet the health, safety, and developmental needs of children in their care. Supporting the lead teacher in carrying out the daily classroom routine and activities. The suitable candidate will have proven early childhood development experience/skills, a desire to support children’s social and academic readiness, and love working with children. NURSERY ATTENDANT

Do you love working with children? Do you want to nurture and spend time with our littlest church members? Our nursery staff is looking for a few additional team members. Shifts vary, but may include Sunday mornings, Wednesday evenings, and/or Thursday mornings during the school year from 9:30 am – 12:00 pm. We are especially in need of Thursday morning help during our Mom’s Midweek Ministry program. Other weeknight and weekend hours and shifts vary and are scheduled monthly based on the church calendar. SUBSTITUTE PRESCHOOL TEACHER

Have experience working in an early childhood education setting? Love putting your creative, compassionate, collaborative gifts to use? Holy Spirit Lutheran Preschool, a play-based, faith filled early learning school, is in search of substitute teachers during the school year. Wage scale: minimum wage to $16.00/hour. Benefits: paid sick time.

Substitute teacher responsibilities include working with the teachers to meet the health, safety, and developmental needs of children in their care, and supporting the lead teacher in carrying out the daily classroom routine and activities. The suitable candidate will have proven early childhood development experience/skills, a desire to support children’s social and academic readiness, and love working with children.
