Welcome to the NEW 55+Alive Group at Holy Spirit!

We have expanded our group to include weekend activities so more of you can participate! We have also added some other opportunities, like a ladies' supper club. If you have other ideas for weekend activities, please let us know! The members of the 55+Alive planning team are: Linda Krippaehne, Donna Morris, Carol Reinertson, Carol Kientz, Harriet Engelke, and Tammie Zarfos.

Here is how things are going to work: If you have been part of the old Vintage Spirits group, things are going to stay the same, except that we will meet on Wednesdays this year. We will generally meet the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of most months, depending on holidays. The 2nd Wednesday we will usually meet at the church from 1-2:30 (sometimes at noon if there is a lunch involved) for snacks, games, speakers, and classes. The 4th Wednesday is our day to go on an adventure outside the church via the church vans. The cost of the activities vary.

NEW! We have added a first Saturday of the month activity for those who are not able to join us during the week. We will meet at the activity sites as transportation will not be provided for the weekend activities. The cost of activities vary and reservations will be required so we have enough room for everyone who wants to join us.

Details for our upcoming events:

Wednesday, March 22; 9:15 am – 2:30 pm we will go to Paint Away in Redmond for a class on glass fusing! Meet at HSLC at 9:15 to take the church vans to Redmond.
