Because serving others is more than just building a house, teaching new skills to children in an orphanage, or providing food and medicine to those affected by poverty. It is also about creating a new paradigm for how one sees the world, each other, and ourselves through service, relationship, and partnership particularly across borders. Through these partnerships, we educate and facilitate greater understanding of the interconnected and interdependent world.

Application Guidelines

Applications will be accepted no earlier than Sunday, February 3rd, 2008. Applications will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis until the trip is full. A non-refundable deposit of $250/person is required at time of application. The deposit must be submitted with the application.

Turn in completed applications and check to the church office. Checks are to be made out to HSLC. All deposits and applications are due on or before February 20th, 2008. Applications will only be accepted after the deadline if space is available. A late fee will be applied. Youth under the age of 18 are required to travel with a parent or responsible adult.
