Welcome to Oasis, the 9^th - 12^th grade ministry at Holy Spirit Lutheran Church!

Dictionary.com defines the word “oasis” as “something serving as a refuge, relief, or pleasant change from what is usual, annoying, difficult, etc.”

Our goal is to be a refuge from the usual; a place where we grow and are challenged in our faith in Christ, where we encourage and support each other, where we can be ourselves and everyone belongs, and where we have tons of fun together!

We typically have two Oasis events a month hosted by the Oasis Leadership Team. These events range from bowling, movies, lock-ins, to hanging out in the Youth Room with friends.

We also meet every Wednesday for Oasis Youth Group. It’s all about conversation, games, fellowship, fun and snacks. We meet on Wednesday evenings from 7:00-8:30pm, September through May in the conference room and the Youth Room.

It’s open to everyone in Grade 10 — Age 20, and friends are always welcome. Come down and have some fun with us!
