Rocking Spiritscircle

Keep in touch with the latest Children and Family News at all levels

Rocking Spirits meets on Wednesday evenings from 7:00-8:30 pm from September through May. As part of the program, your child will have an opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with God, peers and adults through hands-on learning as a part of the large and small group activities. We will also learn how to respond to God’s unconditional love through serving the church and the community.

This year we are following the SPARK curriculum. This is a new curriculum that engages the children through a variety of activities and is Bible centered. The younger children (kindergarten through 2nd grade) will use the Story Bible, while the older children (3rd—6th grade) will use their Bibles to look up the stories and then make notes or highlight things that are important to them. We will focus on key Old Testament and New Testament stories each year. We will also introduce each church season to the children through activities, crafts and lessons.
