Get Involved at Holy Spirit

Most of the work of the Church outside worship is accomplished by one or more "ministries" of the Church. Holy Spirit is a very active group and we are interested in helping to build communities. Some ministries are aimed at building community in our congregation:

• Worship and Music oversees the music programs and services
• Fellowship helps to plan and produce events to bring the congregation together socially
• Welcoming helps us greet all visitors and encourage new members
• Small Groups a wide variety of small group activities
• Lay Caring supports the spiritual needs of the congregation

Many of our ministries serve both our congregation and our community:

• Christian Education manages the many classes for adults, youth and children each week
• Mid-week ministries activities and a great meal each Wednesday in season for all who come to enjoy.
• Website oversees our web presence including the podcasting and blogs
• Children, Youth and Family manages activities for younger members and visitors to our church.
• Wellness oversees health and wellness activities for the community
• Vintage Spirits activities for senior in our congregation and community
• Community Groups includes a wide cross section of our community who use our facilities
