At Holy Spirit, we embrace our Lutheran liturgical tradition and also seek to express our inclusive, compassionate theology through our weekly worship services. We celebrate Holy Communion every Sunday and all are welcome to that meal. We use an ancient liturgical structure, but infuse it with a variety of musical styles. “Liturgy,” meaning “work of the people,” is our way for the whole congregation to be engaged in worship together.
Sunday worship is held at 8:00, 9:30, and 11:00 am. We also hold a Taize-style worship at 6:15pm on the first Sunday night of the month: Taize is a form of worship which comes from an ecumenical group in France, using simple songs, prayers, and silence in order to encourage meditation and prayer.
We welcome you to worship at Holy Spirit!
